These terms apply when you use northwestlk.com or order from Northwest LK Media & Signage online.

Nothing prints until you approve the proof.
Delivery and sales tax are shown in your cart before you pay.
Only send logos and images you have the right to use.
Signs, booths and installations follow the terms in your quote.
Using our website
You may use this site to learn about our products, ask for quotes and place orders. Please don’t misuse it, try to break it or send spam through our forms.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the details you send us. The final price, materials and timing are confirmed in your quote or proof.
Online orders and payment
Online prices are in US dollars. Delivery and California sales tax are shown in your cart before you pay, and online checkout is for California addresses. You pay on Square’s secure checkout, and your order is confirmed when the payment goes through. If a price on our site is clearly wrong, we contact you before printing and you can cancel for a full refund.
Artwork and proofs
You are responsible for having the right to use any logo, image or text you send us. We email you a proof before printing; please check spelling, layout and colors carefully, because we print what you approve. Colors on a screen can look slightly different in print. We may decline artwork that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights or is offensive.
Delivery and returns
Delivery costs and timing are in our Shipping & delivery policy, and what we can take back is in our Returns & refunds policy. Ship dates are estimates; we aren’t responsible for carrier delays, but we help you track your order.
Custom projects and installation
Signs, channel letters, trade show booths, installations and other custom work are covered by the quote or contract for that project, including deposits, permits and schedule.
Our content
The text, photos and designs on this site belong to Northwest LK Media & Signage or to our clients and partners. Please don’t copy them without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits from a missed event.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to new orders.
