Most 10×10 booths we build run $980 to $3,500: a pop-up fabric booth is $980–$2,800 and a backlit SEG lightbox booth is $2,800–$3,500. Basic pipe and drape starts at $350. Show fees, shipping and on-site labor are extra.
What are the standard trade show booth sizes?
US shows sell space in 10-ft blocks. 10×10 inline is the standard starter booth, 10×20 and 10×30 inline give you more wall, and peninsula and island spaces usually start at 20×20.
How tall can my booth be?
Under common US show guidelines, inline booths allow an 8 ft back wall with a 4 ft limit in the front half, and islands are often allowed up to 16 ft. Every show sets its own rules, so send us your exhibitor manual and we design to it.
How far ahead should I order?
Plan 6–8 weeks before your show. Most builds take about 4 weeks from design approval to delivery. Short on time? Call us and we will tell you what is possible.
Can I reuse my booth at other shows?
Yes. Pop-up, SEG and modular systems are built to travel. Keep the frame and swap the fabric graphics for each new show or campaign.
Do you build eco-friendly booths?
Yes. Honeycomb board booths are recyclable, lightweight and go up fast without power tools, and our modular frames are reused show after show.
What is included in the price?
Design, graphics and the booth itself. Shipping, show labor, drayage and venue services like power and carpet are quoted separately. Builds marked installed include setup.
