Information you give us

When you ask for a quote, order online, use Sign Lab, request our catalog or claim the first-order offer, we collect what you type or upload: your name, email, phone, company, ZIP code or address, project details, logos and other files, and your Sign Lab design.

Order and payment information

For online orders we keep the products, prices, delivery method, order number and payment status. You pay on Square’s secure checkout: Square processes your card, and we don’t receive or store your full card number. Square’s own privacy notice applies to your payment.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our site and tools record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the site you came from. If you arrive from one of our ads, your browser keeps the ad click ID (such as gclid) and campaign tags for up to 90 days and adds them to a form you send, so we know which ads work. Your cart and offer status are saved in your browser on your device.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager to measure visits and ad results, and Google may use cookies or similar technologies for this. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

How we use information

• to answer questions and send quotes, proofs and order updates,
• to process, make and deliver your order,
• to give customer service and follow up on your project,
• to understand how the site is used and improve it,
• to measure and improve our ads,
• to block spam and fraud, and to meet legal and tax requirements.

We don’t sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with companies that help us run the business, and only what they need: Square (payments), Google (email, analytics and advertising), our website host, and shipping carriers such as UPS (to deliver your order). We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and order records as long as we need them to serve you and for our business, tax and legal records.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your personal information, email marketing@northwestlk.com. California residents may also ask whether we shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing; we don’t.

Do Not Track

Our site doesn’t change how it works in response to a browser’s “Do Not Track” signal.

Children

Our site is for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

Our site uses HTTPS, and only the people who need your information can see it. No way of sending or storing data is 100% secure.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
