Where we deliver

Online checkout is for California addresses. Outside California, add your items to the cart and send them as a request — we email you a shipping quote and a secure payment link within 24 hours. For Alaska, Hawaii or addresses outside the US, call (626) 842-7823.

What delivery costs

• Orders of $150 or more (product subtotal, before tax): free delivery anywhere in California.
• Orders under $150: $15 flat per order, anywhere in California.
• Pickup at our Irvine studio: always free.

Your cart shows the delivery cost before you pay. California sales tax is added at checkout.

When your order ships

1. After you order, we email you a proof within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
2. We start printing as soon as you approve the proof and confirm your ship date in our reply.
3. Need it by a certain date? Add it at checkout (“Need it by a date?”) and we tell you right away if we can make it.

We work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific, except holidays.

How long delivery takes

Orders ship by UPS Ground and usually arrive within 3–5 business days anywhere in California. Irvine addresses get local delivery from our studio. When your order ships, we email you the tracking number.

Picking up in Irvine

Choose “Pickup in Irvine” at checkout. We email you when your order is ready; reply to that email or call (626) 842-7823 to set a pickup time (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM) and we send you the address.

Damaged or not what you approved?

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t match the proof you approved, email marketing@northwestlk.com within 7 days with your order number and a few photos. We remake it for free or refund you. Details are in our Returns & refunds policy.

Custom projects

Signs, channel letters, trade show booths, installations and other custom work are quoted per project. Delivery, installation and permits are listed in your quote.
