What should I upload for a tent?
Your logo is enough. Upload it here to see it on the tent, and our designer lays out the roof panels and any wall to match. You get the full layout proof by email before anything prints.
I don't have a design. Can you help?
Yes. Choose "Design it for me" and send your logo, text and any photos after you order. We lay it out for free and email you a proof within 24 hours. Nothing prints until you approve it.
What size are your tents?
Our printed tents are 10 × 10 ft, the standard size for markets, fairs and outdoor events. For a bigger space you can set up two tents side by side, and add matching feather flags.
How much is delivery?
Delivery anywhere in California is free on orders of $150 or more and a flat $15 below that, or pick up free at our Irvine studio (we email you when it is ready). California sales tax is added at checkout. Shipping outside California? Send your order as a request and we email you a shipping quote within 24 hours.
How fast will I get it?
You approve your proof online (or within 24 hours if we lay it out for you), and we confirm your ship date right after. Need it by a certain date? Tell us at checkout and we let you know right away if we can make it.
