Founder & Project Director
James founded Northwest LK after a decade in commercial construction and signage. He manages every project personally and has overseen installations across every city in Orange County and Los Angeles. He answers his phone.
Design & Engineering
Our in-house design team produces photorealistic renderings for every project — showing you exactly how your sign will look on your actual building, at actual scale, before we fabricate a single piece. No guesswork. No surprises.
Fabrication
Our Irvine workshop is where your sign comes to life. Premium materials, precision tolerances, and full QC inspection before anything leaves our facility.
Installation
Our installation crews are employees — not subcontractors. They know our signs, our standards, and your site. They've installed together for years.
Permitting
We have navigated permit processes in Irvine, Anaheim, Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Santa Ana, Fullerton, and every municipality in between. We know the inspectors. We know the timelines. We know what's approvable before we put pencil to paper.
